As people (like me) are entering a new school year or possibly are just dealing with general stresses in everyday life or the workplace, I thought I'd just piece together a couple of options and ideas for how to relax when needed. I combined some general one as well as some more kitten-centric ones!
ASMR has become something I definitely go to when I need to just chill, or alternatively, to listen to while I am trying to focus on some work. There has also recently been some kittenplay/cosplay ones to come out recently if you also want something to help get you into the headspace.
For me I particularly love watching Game Grumps when I just need something to enjoy.
This can include writing, reading, drawing, painting, makeup, and much more. Creativity is a great way of relieving stress while also potentially creating something beautiful.
Whether board games, PC, or console games, gaming can help take yourself out of whatever is stressing you out and focus on something else.
Pretty self explanatory, but doing things like running, yoga, dancing, and much more can help with stress relief
This is a short one, but I hope one of these options is beneficial to you or maybe helped you think of a different stress relief method. While these can help, it is important to identify if you're overworking yourself or are too stressed out, and to know to reach out when things become overbearing.
